Account Deletion

For SuitSnap and other Perim account-based apps

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We currently process deletion requests manually via email.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to ismail@perim.net.
Use subject line: Account Deletion Request.
Include the app name and the Apple account email (or SIWA relay email) used in the app.

What Will Be Deleted

App account profile linked to your Sign in with Apple identity.
Stored generated history and related media where applicable.
Associated app-level preferences tied to the deleted account.

What May Be Retained

Purchase transaction records required for legal/accounting compliance.
Limited security/fraud-prevention logs for a reasonable retention period.

Processing Time

Most requests are completed within 7 business days. If identity clarification is required, processing may take longer.
