AI Photo Apps Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to Perim AI photo and image generation applications, including SuitSnap AI and similar apps that may be published in the future.

Data We Collect

• Account data: When you sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
• Photos you upload: Images you provide to generate AI portraits. These are transmitted securely through our backend API and are not accessible to the public.
• Generated images: The AI-generated output portraits associated with your account, stored in private cloud storage and accessible only through our API.
• Purchase data: In-app purchase transaction metadata used to validate and apply credit purchases.
• Technical diagnostics: Limited error logs and usage data used to maintain service reliability and prevent abuse. No personally identifiable information is included in diagnostic data.

How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate your account and restore your session across devices.
• Process your uploaded photos through our AI generation pipeline to produce portrait outputs.
• Store generated images in your personal history for re-access within the app.
• Manage your credit balance and validate in-app purchases.
• Provide customer support and improve app performance.

How Image Generation Works

When you request a portrait, your photo is sent to our backend API (hosted on Cloudflare Workers). Our backend forwards the image to Kie.ai, a third-party AI image generation service, to produce the output. The generated result is retrieved by our backend and stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage. Images are served exclusively through our API and are not publicly accessible by URL. Your photos are not used to train AI models and are not shared with any other third parties.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data or photos.
• We do not use your photos for advertising or ad targeting.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers in these apps.
• We do not make your uploaded or generated images publicly accessible.
• We do not use your photos to train or improve any AI models.

Third-Party Services

Our apps rely on the following infrastructure and service providers:

• Kie.ai — AI image generation. Your uploaded photo is transmitted to Kie.ai solely to produce the requested portrait output. For details on how Kie.ai handles data, see their Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Workers & R2 — Backend API hosting and private object storage for generated images.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple authentication and App Store payment processing. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Generated images are stored in your account history and remain accessible until you delete them or your account. Uploaded source photos are not retained after generation is complete. Account and purchase records are retained as required for entitlement verification and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Upon account deletion, your generated images and account data are removed from our systems. See the timeline outlined in our Account Deletion page.

You can request account and data deletion at any time from within the app or by visiting our Account Deletion page. You may also contact us directly at ismail@perim.net.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum digital consent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used our app and provided personal data, please contact us and we will take prompt action.

International Data Processing

Our backend and storage infrastructure is operated through Cloudflare's global network. AI generation is processed by Kie.ai, which may operate in jurisdictions outside your own. By using our apps, you acknowledge that your data may be processed internationally. We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy when features, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
